JDM Hawaii was founded by enthusiasts with a passion for Japanese vehicles and the culture surrounding them.
Over the years, we've helped customers throughout Hawaii purchase, import, maintain, and enjoy vehicles that are often difficult to find through traditional dealerships.
As our company grew, we discovered that our greatest value wasn't simply stocking vehicles—it was helping customers find the right vehicle and supporting them throughout ownership.
That realization led us to reshape our company into what it is today.

Our transition from an inventory-focused dealership to a sourcing and service-focused company was driven by customer demand.
Many buyers were asking us to help locate specific vehicles that weren't currently available in Hawaii. Others wanted guidance navigating the import process or finding reliable service after purchase.
