Step 1: Search Deposit

A $1,000 Vehicle Search Deposit is required to begin the sourcing process.

We will search for a vehicle matching your requested:

Make
Model
Trim level
Color
Mileage range
Budget
Special options or requirements

Step 2: Vehicle Presentation

Once we locate a vehicle that matches your criteria, we will provide:

Photos
Vehicle details
Auction or dealer information
Initial condition assessment

If you decide you would like to move forward, we will verify:

Current availability
Overall condition
Vehicle history (when available)
Export eligibility

Step 3: Vehicle Purchase

Once a suitable vehicle has been confirmed and approved by you:

50% of the vehicle purchase price is due immediately to secure the vehicle.
The remaining balance is due within 7 days.

Because vehicles must be paid in full in Japan before export, timely payment is required to prevent the vehicle from being sold to another buyer.

Step 4: Japan Inspection & Export Preparation

After purchase, the vehicle is transported to our facility in Japan where we:

Perform an additional inspection
Take detailed photos and videos
Confirm condition and specifications
Prepare export documentation
Schedule transportation to Hawaii

Step 5: Arrival in Hawaii

Upon arrival, we will:

Conduct a final inspection
Process import documentation
Complete title conversion paperwork
Assist with registration requirements
Prepare the vehicle for Hawaii safety inspection
